As Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7 is all set to make its much-awaited return on the small screen, it seems to be embroiled in a legal tussle yet again. The Andhra Pradesh High Court has reportedly issued a legal notice on Wednesday (July 26) in response to a petition seeking to stop the upcoming season of the reality show.
The notice was sent to the channel airing the show as well as its host Nagarjuna Akkineni. According to sources, a counter-petition is expected to be filed in response to the notice. The final hearing on the matter has been postponed for four weeks.
This is not the first time that Bigg Boss Telugu has faced legal challenges. Similar petitions have been filed against the show in the past as well, but it continues to air successfully, completing six seasons so far.
Meanwhile, the anticipation for the new season is building up, and the channel recently launched the first promo for Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7. The promo shows host Nagarjuna in a new look, holding a packet of popcorn and announcing the upcoming season.
